The apartment Aurovie, of 100 m2, located on the second floor of Villa Ananda, is the apartment I live in and make available to travelers when I am travelling myself. It’s divided into four parts, the circulation of which is organized around a large living space open to the outside. So, wherever you are, in the apartment, you can feel immersed in the heart of nature, of the south of France. If you look north, you can enjoy a 180° view of the ponds and flamingos and if you look south, your eyes will instantly dive into the Mediterranean sea and cross the wake of boats. To feel at home, you can, from your smartphone, listen to your favorite music in each room of the apartment including on the roof top.
The large living room: entrance, living room and kitchen
Both side, whether you access the apartment via the stairs or the elevator (opening directly into the entrance), you will be dazzled by the brightness and openness of the space. The 2 large bay windows of the 2 opposite walls of the house, allow at any time to circulate between inside and outside and offers a magnificent view, on the sea and the ponds. Depending on your desires, you can enjoy one or the other, choosing to settle comfortably in the sofa in front of the fireplace, leaning against the table of the central island of the kitchen or sitting quietly, on the sofa of the terrace adjoining the kitchen (fully equipped).
The Parental Suite
On the ponds side, you can discover a large bedroom (180 cm bed) and its built-in storage cabinets. Attached to it, you can relax in a beautiful bathroom, equipped with a toilet and a double shower cabin (two shower skies and two showers). The most of this cabin is that it offers, a Hammam option, which will allow you to release your tensions in a steam bath. At the entrance of the master suite, you have a laundry area equipped with an automatic washing machine and a dryer.
Relaxation and Guest Room
Sea side, you will reach a superb room, equipped with a 140 cm retractable bed, which invites you to relax with its two cozy and design armchairs. Sitting comfortably in them, you can meditate while contemplating the sea or for lovers of great audiovisual shows, enjoy the television Beovision Harmony Bang&Olufsen (65pouces), coupled with Beolab28, speakers, which will take your movie moments to new heights. Indeed, you will be totally immersed in the scenes thanks to images with real colors and fluid and captivating sound, which will make this moment more intense (Connection to 220 channels: Apple TV, Karaoke, Netflix platform and Amazon Prime). The bathroom adjoining this room is equipped with a toilet and a shower with multisensory experience with: various games of misting and alternating hot and cold jets, subtle lighting, and the diffusion of fragrances with adapted background music (4 elective programs).
The outdoor Space
The patio, located between the two bedrooms, provides access to the 100 m2 roof-top, which is the house’s haven of peace. You will have a 360-degree view, on the sea and ponds, from Sète to the Grau-du-Roi. If you are lucky, you can admire the majestic flight of flamingo squadrons (around 5pm-6pm in summer).
This shaded wooden terrace (canvas stretched) has been subtly vegetated to blend in harmoniously with the surrounding nature. The presence of a summer kitchen in stainless steel, with a large plancha and a large table for 10 guests, will allow you to spend pleasant evenings with family or friends. You can enjoy comfortable moments of relaxation in the day-bed (facing the sea) or hammock (Fatboy). For even more relaxation, you can settle in a saltwater Jacuzzi, facing the sea (HotSpring, 5 people). So that you can enjoy even more, this moment of relaxation, you can use the sound system (connected speakers Bang and Olufsen and Bose) and the sets of lights installed on the terrace. Attention, respect for the neighbors is imperative, and any sound drift will be punished by a detention on bail of 500 euros per complaint of neighbors and/or intervention of the police.
In a room on the ground floor, you can find paddles, kayaks et bicyles available free of charge.
