The Maison Soseï, 120 m2, spread over three levels (2 floors), and served entirely, by stairs (without elevator).
JI took special care to make this house very comfortable with all amenities, in a modern and clean style. This house is perfectly equipped to receive 6 adults and a baby. You can enjoy serenely, with family or friends, the soothing calm of the port and the exceptional brightness of this place. Wherever you are in the house, you can enjoy:
South side : from a magical view of the port, living to the rhythm of the tides
North side : 2 spacious and intimate terraces, overlooking the cliff and the Upper Town.
On each floor you will enjoy spaces dedicated to relaxation and conviviality.
On the ground-floor
You will have a large garage for your vehicle. You can also install the table tennis table for wild parties. You can find everything you need for the beach (umbrella, buckets, etc.), 1 kayak (2 life jackets) and 2 bicycles.
A laundry area as been furnished with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with steam plant (ironing board).
At the bottom, from the garage, you will reach an independent studio, equipped with a double bed (140cm, sheets and towels provided), a TV (4K, 50inches with Netflix), a kitchenette and a beautiful bathroom (walk-in shower) and a toilet. The studio opens onto the 1st wooden terrace, vegetated in Zen garden, integrated into the cliff.
On the first floor
The first staircase will lead you to the floor, where you will find, a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is open to the living room (TV, Netflix, Wifi-throughout the house, Karaoke board games…), in a row from which you can enjoy a small balcony facing the port. If you prefer more space, on this floor you can go to the second terrace, which will welcome you for your meals or breakfast.
On the second floor
You will have access to the night area (sheets and towels provided), with:
- A first bedroom overlooking the harbour,
- A second smaller room overlooking the upper town
- A bathroom with bath and toilet.
South : you can visit the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel (1h30 by car).
To the west : you can go on an excursion to the Chausey Islands, Jersey, Guernesey (departure by boat from Granville)
In the north-east : you can discover the landing beaches (between 1h and 2h20 by road depending on the beaches of interest)
The house is located 20 minutes from the Granville-Mont Saint Michel aerodrome (LFRF-GFR) and 3 minutes from the Granville train station (1,3km) and 26 km from the A84 E3 motorway exit (exit D973)
