The “Maison Soseï” in Granville
This fisherman’s house, anchored on the quay of the Granville marina, was completely renovated in 2019. It is ideally located, to enjoy the iodized air and the «upper town» with its history and all its shops.
More simply, once your vehicle is parked (free parking in front of the house or garage on the ground-floor), everything is done on foot: do your shopping or go to the beach (3 different beaches depending on the winds and tides), take a dip in Art or History, stroll through the bustling squares, stroll through the picturesque alleys of the “upper town”, embark to the island of Chausey and/or Jersey and/or Guernesey, swim around the Roc or follow the hiking trail or have a drink on the harbour…
The “Villa Ananda” in Carnon
I imagined and built this house in collaboration with an architect (Frédéric Pinoli: Agence Neocortex), an interior designer (Audrey Donval) and with many ideas and suggestions from my friends.
I wanted it to be perfectly integrated into its environment, thanks to the cladding, walls with «ganivelles», rusty metal and raw concrete and :
- That it benefits from a great brightness with large glass openings and double orientation sea and ponds,
- Modern, design, comfortable and perfectly equipped,
- With private parking spaces and electric charging station (additional charge)

I was born and raised in Granville, and then moved to Montpellier in 1989 as a student. From now on, I practice with pleasure, my profession in private practice, in Crès next to Montpellier.
My passion, tenacity and love of the sea gave me access to my dream: to enjoy the sea in the two most emblematic places of my life.
I do not see these houses as simple rentals, but as a place of life where I like to go and I receive you as my friends.
