For your holidays, you can choose from the four magnificent apartments that have been arranged for you in Villa Ananda:
Surya : On the first floor : a T2 of 42 m2, for 2 persons (virtual tour).
Chandra : On the ground-floor : a T2 of 52 m2, for 4 persons (virtual tour).
Gaïa : On the first floor : a T3 de 59 m2, for 5 persons (virtual tour).
Aurovie : On the top floor : a large T3 de 100 m2 with a roof-top of 100 m2, for 4 persons (virtual tour).
Each apartment is different with its own soul and atmosphere. The common point is the love and care invested in its realization so that you can welcome you in the best conditions and share the pleasure of living in this region.
However, in order to help us respect and protect this beautiful nature, we ask you to save energy (air conditioning and heating), not to waste water, to sort the waste by bringing it to the collectors located in front of the house, on the road
You have direct pedestrian access to the beach at 20m from the house. The beach is sandy and you can swim in the sea from April to November. Fishermen’s will easily find a location on one of the beaks of the beach.
The Kitesurfing, paddleboarding (3 SUP availables for free of charge + 3 life jackets), sea kayaking (1 available for free of charge), hiking or biking (6 availables for free of charge) will punctuate the most sporty days.
For others, the idleness and contemplation will be well appropriate (umbrellas, shovels, buckets, Molky bowling…).
Around the house, you discover «the other» south of France, Occitan, proud and mysterious, where nature remained wild and traditions alive.
Montpellier, a city rich in a thousand years of history, offers a unique heritage where each century has left its unique mark to the admiration of visitors. In the evening, the terraces fill and the streets remain lively until the heart of the night.
In the East, the Petite Camargue offers its unique landscapes. Grandiose sunsets are reflected in the water of the salt marshes as if they were huge mirrors, with which lies a unreal fauna – bulls, white horses and flamingos.
To the west, The beautiful wild beach of Maguelone (partly naturist), its cathedral then Frontignan, Sète, the cape of Agde.
To the north, the Rhone Canal, the ponds with their magnificent fauna (flamingos, wasps, swans, etc.) then very quickly the hinterland with its garrigue, the Pic Saint-loup and its magnificent hikes and Pézenas and its famous antique shops and many other places to discover.
In the four corners of the region, several hostels and Michelin-starred restaurants offer the specialities of a unique terroir, where sea and countryside meet.
Located five minutes from Montpellier airport and its new TGV station, ten minutes from the motorway exit A 709 Montpellier Est (exit 29), the house is quickly accessible from all the metropolises of France and Europe.
